Rising Damp is a common issue stemming from ineffective damp proof courses or their bridging during construction or renovation. Our surveys pinpoint rising damp through meticulous testing and visual inspections, detecting telltale signs like visible damp patches and hygroscopic salts.
For effective treatment, our approach may involve removing affected wall plaster to a specified height, depending on factors such as salt content, followed by installing new damp proof courses. Trust Damp Solve for meticulous damp proofing solutions tailored to your property's needs.
